A BRIEF INTRO

Seoul Storage was handling fansite and official goods, merchandises and albums of Wanna One and X1, IZONE, Red Velvet and all JYP artists, but now only focusing on Stray Kids. Seoul Storage has grew bigger and better and all thanks to my dearest Seoulmates for your trust and faith in me <3

RULES & REGULATION

1. Do respect me if you wish me to respect you. Two ways communication is important!
2. Do place your order through the 'ORDER FORM' attached in my GO tweet UNLESS if I state to DM me
3. Please read through my GO form. Stupid questions won't be entertained UNLESS if I didn't state about it anywhere in the form
4. No backout or cancellation once you paid OR ELSE you will be blocked!
5. Any delays or changes made by the manufacturer are definitely beyond my control
6. All proof purchases will be tweeted on my account
7. Updates on the goods will be on Twitter regularly either under the GO tweet, QRTs of the GO tweet, through #SeoStoUpdate tag or through email. Masterlist is being updated regularly.

disclaimer on fansite goods

1. Any changes made by the fansite/seller or any delays occurred is definitely beyond my control
2. No refund can be made if the fansite/seller is MISSING, RUN AWAY or SCAMMING, UNLESS they refund back our money. Remember, buying stuff or joining my GO is YOUR choice, not mine.
3. As a third party between you and the fansite, I am responsible for reaching them out about your goods. However, if they happen to DEACTIVATE, SUSPENDED, BLOCKING ME or UNREACHABLE, it is definitely beyond my control. With that, refunding you using MY OWN money is impossible as I am helping you to buy the goods and sometimes, forwarding my money first for their postal fees and I am not the fansite to be responsible for your purchases.
4. Please, before you come to me and put the blames on me for not fighting for your goods, do realize that we are in Malaysia and the fansites are anywhere else on this globe. All I can do is only reaching them through Twitter or email (if they did contact me through email). I have been scammed thrice by a korean seller of yangdo photocards, a Felix fansite and Hyeongjun fansite as well. Whatever I do to get back my money and even lodging a police report, I do accept the fact that it might be impossible and it was my choice to purchase the goods from them. So, please. It was your choice to buy and not mine. If the fansite you are dealing with is problematic, I am not in the place to be responsible for your choice

orders & payments

1. Order or reservation without payment will not be proceed
2. 1st payment is solely for goods' price, UNLESS I stated the goods as 'Final price'
3. Only accept online banking & CDM, not accepting GIRO transfer. If I didn't receive your transfer by the deadline, your order will not be proceed
4. 2nd payment will be informed through email once your item arrived at me and payment must be made by the given deadline
5. If you have any problem paying the 2nd payment, please DM me personally within that given period and provide me logic and a solid reason
6. If no response or payment is received by the deadline, your item will be confiscated and no refund can be made

Your item will be confiscate for these reasons
- Unable to pay 2nd payment within the deadline, OR
- Unable to provide a solid reason to not pay the 2nd payment in the given period, OR
- No response even through personal DM before the day of 2nd payment's deadlineYOUR LOSS, YOUR RISK

postage

1. Postage will usually be done in bulk, that's why you cannot miss the given deadline for 2nd payment so I can pack everything off at once :(
2. Once your item is posted, you will receive the tracking number through SMS, so please be alert!
3. Postage fee will usually be RM9 (flat rate to Semenanjung under 3KG) and Sabah Sarawak depending on the postcode and weight
4. Courier I am using is Poslaju (and Flash only for EM buyers)
5. Items will be under my responsibility until I posted them to you. I guaranteed that I have packed them well and secured them. Any damages that occurred during the postage are definitely not my concern and are beyond my control
